Hi, I'm Sophie. I've always been a creative person, with a love for fashion, design and building businesses that bring people together. Over the years I've been incredibly fortunate to meet some amazing people through my work, and those connections have shaped who I am today.
The Issy Star is the most personal project I've ever created. Inspired by my cousin Issy, it brings together everything I care about, creativity, kindness, community and helping to encourage more open conversations around mental health. My hope is that every person who visits our community or wears an Issy Star feels a little more connected, a little more hopeful, and knows they're never alone.

Jaz is the creative force behind our social media and marketing strategies. She has been an integral part of the EAR SASS/ISSY STAR journey for almost five years.
With a background in forensic science, she made the leap into the creative world, and we're so grateful she did. From the moment she joined me, she's brought endless passion, fresh ideas and incredible dedication to everything she does. She's completely transformed our social media presence and continues to help bring the story to life every single day.
More than just an amazing colleague, Jaz is my work wife, one of my biggest supporters, and simply one of the kindest, most talented people you could ever meet.

I've known Jillian for most of my life, and she has always been one of the biggest supporters of the business. What started as a wonderful customer relationship has grown into an invaluable part of the ISSY STAR family.
Jillian looks after everything to do with fulfilment, stock management and customer service, but her role goes far beyond packing orders. She helps keep everything running behind the scenes, supports me every single day, and ensures every order is handled with the care and attention it deserves.
One thing that's always been important to me is keeping our fulfilment in-house. Every parcel is packed by a real person who genuinely cares, and every customer interaction is personal. That's something Jillian has helped make possible.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned in business is that you don't have to be good at everything. The key is recognising your strengths and surrounding yourself with people who are brilliant at the things you're not. Jillian is exactly that person for me. She has taken so much off my shoulders, helped bring calm to the chaos, and genuinely changed my life and
