What materials are your Issy Star earrings made from?

18k Yellow, White or Rose Gold plated stainless steel. 

Are they water resistant?

Yes, Our Issy Star hoops are water resistant and sweat proof.

Will they tarnish? 

No, due to the nature of stainless steel plated in gold it will not tarnish. 

Are they hypoallergenic?

Yes, they are nickel and lead proof, and very kind to sensitive ears. Please note: Our rose gold jewellery Rose Gold contains small amounts of copper.

What materials are your Catherine earrings made from?

High quality 1mm 14k Gold or Silver plated brass

Are they waterproof?

Although the electronic plating is of high quality we don't advise request contact with water.

Will they tarnish? 

Please follow our care tips to avoid tarnishing/discolouration and keeping them looking fabulous for years to come.
- Avoid contact with liquid, perfumes, body oils, and household cleaners.
- For light cleaning, gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching.
- Store it in a cool dry place.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

We will dispatch your jewellery from our ISSY STAR HQ within 3 working days of receiving your order. 

What delivery options do you offer?

We currently only offer UK first class and International via Royal Mail. During busy gifting periods we try and add more options for guaranteed delivery by a certain date. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do, we ship to America, Australia, Canada etc., however unfortunately we don't currently ship to EU countries.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email, which will supply information regarding your parcel.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you drop us an email and we have not already sent out your parcel, one of our friendly team will be more that happy to assist you with altering your order.

Is your jewellery suitable to send directly as a gift?

Absolutely! Our jewellery makes the perfect meaningful gift. We don't conclude any order details and each item comes in a beautiful bag. Also, we include information regarding Brave Mind and our mission.

Do you gift wrapping?

Yes, if you opt to add gift wrapping specifically to your order, it will also come with a lovely branded gift bag and tissue paper - along with the standard lovely bag and ISSY STAR/Brave Mind information.

All of our jewellery comes with our 6 month manufacturing warranty. Please note the warranty does not cover damage arisen from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse by the customer such as jewellery which has become bent or damaged after purchase.
